Solve4Success offers Pro subscriptions with recurring payments. Below are the conditions for requesting a refund.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the subscription date, without providing any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a written communication to info@solve4success.com indicating your email address and the cancellation request.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Beyond the withdrawal period, we will individually evaluate refund requests for exceptional situations (e.g., double charge, persistent technical issues, purchase error). Write to info@solve4success.com describing the reason for the request. We commit to responding within 5 business days.
Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). In case of withdrawal or cancellation during an already paid period, no refund is issued for the portion already used. The refund, where applicable, covers only the proportional amount of the unused period.
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Pro access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
